As a Field Collection Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts, ensuring timely repayments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to meet clients and ensure timely loan repayments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Assess customer financial situations and provide tailored repayment solutions.
- Monitor and track delinquent accounts, implementing recovery strategies as needed.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on collection activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve collection processes and customer experience.
- Educate customers on financial products and responsible borrowing practices.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in debt collection, field sales, or customer service (preferably in financial services).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial software.
- High integrity, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driver’s license is a plus.
