Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to delinquent clients in assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Negotiate and arrange repayment plans with clients to recover outstanding debts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activities and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement strategies for improving collection rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations related to debt collection.
- Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field collection, debt recovery, or a related role in the financial services industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and collection management software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions in Bali.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and debt collection practices.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (SIM C) is preferred.
