Responsibility
- Assist in analyzing market trends and preparing business reports for senior management.
- Support day-to-day banking operations, including customer service and transaction processing.
- Collaborate on digital banking projects to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Conduct research on financial products, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
- Help organize and execute corporate events, workshops, or training sessions.
- Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Shadow managers to understand leadership strategies and decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and client interactions.
- Basic understanding of banking operations, financial markets, or risk management.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Prior internship or project experience in finance/banking is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali for the duration of the internship.
