Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive financial statement analysis and credit risk assessments for corporate clients, including multinational corporations and local enterprises.
- Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for senior management and credit committees, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends, economic conditions, and market risks to proactively identify potential credit exposures.
- Support the structuring and negotiation of credit facilities, including loans, trade finance, and commodity-backed financing.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to assess client needs and develop tailored risk mitigation strategies.
- Perform stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate portfolio resilience under varying economic conditions.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes (e.g., Basel III, local banking laws) and ensure adherence in all credit evaluations.
- Contribute to industry research and thought leadership on emerging risks in trade, commodities, and corporate lending.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business; a Master’s degree or CFA/FRM certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate credit analysis, risk management, or commercial banking, preferably in an international bank.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, ratio analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
- Experience with trade finance, commodity financing, or structured credit products is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Bloomberg, Moody’s RiskAnalyst, or similar credit risk tools.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Indonesian is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strong attention to detail.
