As a Field Collection Officer, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy, conducting on-site visits to clients who have missed payment deadlines. Responsibility

  • Conduct field visits to delinquent clients in assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to assess their financial situation and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Verify client identities, contact details, and financial status to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide clear and empathetic communication to clients regarding their outstanding obligations, payment terms, and potential consequences of non-payment.
  • Document all collection activities, including visit reports, payment agreements, and client feedback, in the company’s system.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to escalate complex cases and develop strategies for high-risk accounts.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate clients on financial literacy and responsible borrowing practices to prevent future defaults.
  • Utilize mobile collection tools and CRM systems to track progress and generate real-time updates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) in debt collection, field sales, or customer service, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s geography and willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
  • Proficient in using mobile apps, CRM software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driver’s license (SIM C) is mandatory.
