Responsibility
- Develop and implement fleet sales strategies to expand Yamaha Motor’s market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Design and promote microfinance solutions tailored to individual and business clients, ensuring accessibility and affordability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, dealers, and financial institutions to drive sales and partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the fleet and microfinance sectors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to stakeholders, showcasing Yamaha Motor’s value proposition.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, financial metrics, and KPIs to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Public Relations, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or financial services, preferably in the automotive or microfinance industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market data and financial viability.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
