Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead client acquisition strategies, including outreach, negotiations, and contract finalization to expand the company’s portfolio.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and partnership potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) to align strategies and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on client performance, market trends, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and evaluate KPIs related to client growth, revenue, and partnership success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client relations, business development, or sales within the financial services or banking sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, CRM tools, and financial reporting (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Power BI).
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a benefit.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesia’s financial regulations and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
