As a Field Collection Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our portfolio quality by conducting field visits to customers in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You'll work closely with our collections team to ensure timely repayments while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to customers across designated areas in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to collect payments and negotiate repayment plans
- Verify customer information and document collection activities accurately in our system
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professional collection practices
- Educate customers on repayment options and financial responsibility
- Prepare daily reports on collection activities and submit them to the collections manager
- Collaborate with the collections team to develop effective strategies for difficult cases
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding debt collection
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field collection or related financial services role
- Valid SIM C and ownership of a motorcycle (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
- Basic understanding of financial products and collection processes
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance is a plus
