Responsibility
- Participate in structured rotations across core banking functions (e.g., Retail Banking, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, Digital Innovation).
- Assist in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making under supervisor guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in client-facing activities, including account management support and service improvement initiatives.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and networking events to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Contribute to process optimization by identifying gaps and proposing data-driven solutions.
- Uphold Maybank’s values of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centricity in all tasks.
- Document learnings and present insights to stakeholders at programme milestones.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or final-year students (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
- Strong academic record (minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent).
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, internships, or community involvement.
- Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of financial principles, Excel, or data tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and willingness to relocate to Bali for the programme duration.
