Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of Acquisition Executives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Jastip segment.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance daily, weekly, and monthly using KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, customer acquisition, revenue growth).
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and optimize customer engagement.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to enhance team productivity and skill development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to align acquisition strategies with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and ethical business practices.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or Jastip segments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-backed decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and build client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local dialects (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to fast-changing environments, and lead by example.
