Responsibility
- Lead and mentor clinical data integrity and revenue cycle teams to ensure accurate and compliant data management.
- Oversee daily operations, including data entry, auditing, and reporting, to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT teams, and administrative staff to streamline workflows and improve patient care.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on best practices, new technologies, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of clinical and financial reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical data management, and revenue cycle processes.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in healthcare IT systems, electronic health records (EHR), and data analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Certification in clinical operations or healthcare management is a plus.
