Responsibility
- Provide immediate medical assessment and treatment to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Stabilize patients with life-threatening conditions and coordinate with specialists for further care.
- Perform diagnostic procedures, interpret test results, and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital policies.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and guidelines for emergency medical procedures.
- Participate in continuous medical education and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in emergency medicine.
- Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency medicine or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
