Responsibility
- Provide on-site medical care and emergency response to employees, including first aid, wound care, and initial treatment for work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and medical examinations for new hires, periodic check-ups, and fitness-for-duty assessments.
- Develop and implement workplace wellness programs, including health education, disease prevention, and mental health initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including OSHA, local labor laws, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with confidentiality and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify workplace hazards and recommend ergonomic or safety improvements.
- Manage infectious disease control protocols, including contact tracing and outbreak response planning.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals, specialist consultations, or hospital transfers when needed.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse (BSN or equivalent) with a valid professional license (Philippines or internationally recognized).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or emergency care.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health laws, OSHA standards, and workplace safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
