With at least 5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in imaging or capital equipment, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence in Bali’s growing healthcare sector. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for medical imaging and capital equipment in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of FUJIFILM’s medical systems, including Radiology, Anesthesia, ICU, and Emergency Medicine solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical support, and customer service) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in medical imaging to provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional connections and brand visibility.
  • Provide post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting, to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on imaging systems, capital equipment, or similar high-value products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare or medical technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of Radiology, Anesthesia, ICU, or Emergency Medicine equipment and their applications in clinical settings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and medical professionals.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a significant advantage.
