Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or clinic operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a medical or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in healthcare management (e.g., CPHQ, FACHE) is a plus.
