Responsibility
- Assist doctors in diagnosing, treating, and monitoring patients with precision and care.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Maintain meticulous patient records, including medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans.
- Monitor and operate clinical equipment, ensuring functionality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care, including wound dressing, vital sign checks, and patient education.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth clinic operations and timely patient flow.
- Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and treatment follow-ups.
- Uphold strict hygiene and infection control standards in compliance with medical regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid Nursing License (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Nurses Association (PPNI).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or emergency care setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7 clinic.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
