Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of optometrists and allied health professionals across multiple clinics in Bali, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency in optometry practices.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of optometry services, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and operations, to drive business growth and brand visibility in Bali’s competitive healthcare market.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local healthcare providers, insurers, and community organizations to expand service offerings and patient reach.
- Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in optometry to ensure clinics remain at the forefront of eye care innovation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training programs, and professional development sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and data privacy laws in all clinical and operational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optometry or a related field from a recognized institution; Doctor of Optometry (OD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of clinical optometry experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role (e.g., Principal Optometrist, Head of Optometry, or HOD).
- Proven track record of managing optometry services, including team leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations, clinical governance, and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Experience working in multi-location healthcare settings or international optometry practices is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, process improvements, and patient-centered care in optometry services.
- Certification or membership in professional optometry associations (e.g., Indonesian Optometric Association) is a plus.
