Responsibility
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patientâs unique needs and goals, ensuring optimal recovery and functional improvement.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations, movement analysis, and medical history reviews to inform treatment strategies.
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound, electrotherapy, and heat/cold therapy to facilitate rehabilitation.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and home exercise programs to support long-term recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, occupational therapists, and fitness trainers, to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in physiotherapy by participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Promote the clinicâs services through community engagement, workshops, and partnerships with local businesses and wellness centers.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree or higher in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license or registration with the relevant Indonesian or international regulatory body (e.g., HPCSA, AHPRA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a private practice or multidisciplinary setting.
- Proficiency in assessing and treating a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and neurological disorders.
- Strong knowledge of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital documentation is advantageous.
