Responsibility
- Assist dermatologists and specialists during aesthetic procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment in accordance with clinical standards.
- Manage inventory of clinical supplies, devices, and skincare products, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms.
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, preferably in dermatology or aesthetic medicine.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with aesthetic treatments such as laser therapy, chemical peels, and injectables is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
