Responsibility
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments to patients with a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports injuries.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a combination of traditional techniques and advanced Japanese healthcare technology.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care and optimal recovery outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay current with industry advancements.
- Represent NAORU TECH at local and international healthcare events, including competitions and workshops.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of company protocols and treatment methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, with a strong background in musculoskeletal or sports rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Experience with modern physiotherapy equipment and technology is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
