Responsibility
- Conduct regular health screenings and medical check-ups for employees to ensure fitness for work.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs in compliance with OSH regulations.
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care for work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Investigate workplace incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Educate employees on health and safety best practices, including ergonomics, hazard recognition, and PPE usage.
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure confidentiality of employee medical information.
- Collaborate with management to assess workplace risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on OSH performance metrics, including injury rates and compliance audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing; valid Indonesian nursing license (STR) required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health, industrial nursing, or a related field.
- Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (e.g., K3 Umum) is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian OSH regulations and international safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) for reporting and documentation.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
