As a Clinical Instructor, you will leverage your expertise as a Senior Staff Nurse (SSN) to mentor, train, and develop nursing staff in nursing homes, community healthcare centers, and senior care facilities. Your role will bridge clinical practice and education, ensuring high standards of geriatric and elderly care are upheld across Bali’s growing healthcare landscape.

Responsibility
- Develop and deliver clinical training programs for nursing staff in community health and geriatric care settings.
- Provide hands-on mentorship to nurses, ensuring adherence to best practices in elderly care, gerontology, and ILTC.
- Assess and evaluate the competency of nursing professionals through practical demonstrations and theoretical assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare facilities to design curriculum aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on geriatric nursing, chronic disease management, and palliative care.
- Monitor and report on training outcomes, identifying areas for improvement in clinical education.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in community health and senior care to enhance training programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Senior Staff Nurse (SSN) with a valid license and minimum 5 years of clinical experience in geriatric or community health nursing.
- Proven experience in clinical instruction, training, or mentorship within healthcare settings.
- In-depth knowledge of gerontology, elderly care, and long-term care (ILTC) protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse learners and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment tools for nursing education.
- Passion for improving healthcare outcomes in community and senior care environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
