Responsibility
- Provide technical support and guidance to sales teams and clients regarding healthcare software applications.
- Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using AWS and VB to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of healthcare systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications and system integrations.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare and cloud computing.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, proposals, and sales materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in application engineering, sales support, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in AWS and VB; additional knowledge of healthcare IT systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is highly desirable.
