Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely in compliance with Indonesian pharmacy regulations.
- Provide personalized patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care and treatment plans.
- Oversee pharmacy operations, including staff supervision and adherence to SOPs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy efficiency and profitability.
- Stay updated on new medications, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi) from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license (SIK) registered with the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and clinical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
