Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of corporate banking professionals to achieve sales targets, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the corporate banking portfolio, focusing on high-net-worth and institutional clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and delivering customized banking solutions.
  • Oversee the credit assessment process, ensuring compliance with bank policies, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Risk, Compliance, Treasury) to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and economic indicators to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, financial analyses, and business reviews to senior management.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or professional banking certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate banking, commercial banking, or relationship management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing corporate client portfolios, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk management in a banking environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.
