Responsibility
- Solicit and process loan and deposit applications from agricultural clients.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk evaluations for loan applicants.
- Manage the collection and recovery of past-due loans to reduce non-performing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and local businesses.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to clients to support their business growth.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on loan portfolios and collections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banking, finance, or agricultural lending.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
