We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teacher VII (Secondary) to join our educational team in the Bicol Region. This is a senior-level pedagogical position designed for educators who are passionate about academic excellence, curriculum leadership, and student development. Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the needs of diverse secondary-level learners.
- Provide expert-level instruction in specialized subject areas to ensure mastery of curriculum standards.
- Mentor and coach junior teachers to foster professional growth and pedagogical excellence within the department.
- Monitor and evaluate student academic progress through continuous formative and summative assessments.
- Coordinate with school administration, parents, and community stakeholders to support student development initiatives.
- Lead curriculum review processes and implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance educational outcomes.
- Manage classroom discipline and promote a culture of respect, safety, and inclusivity.
- Participate in administrative and committee tasks as required by the institutional mandate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education (BSED) or equivalent degree with professional education units.
- Possession of a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License for Professional Teachers.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional teaching experience in a secondary setting.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in curriculum development or faculty mentoring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong command of modern educational technologies and classroom management software.
- Deep understanding of the Department of Education (DepEd) standards and policies.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and educational innovation.
