Responsibility
- Develop and implement innovative, learner-centered lesson plans aligned with the K-12 curriculum standards.
- Provide instructional leadership and mentorship to junior teaching staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze student performance data to tailor instructional strategies and improve overall learning outcomes.
- Oversee departmental projects and contribute to the development of school-wide academic policies.
- Facilitate engaging classroom discussions and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment for diverse learners.
- Collaborate with parents, community stakeholders, and school administration to support holistic student development.
- Participate in professional development initiatives and stay abreast of the latest educational technologies and pedagogical research.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- Valid professional teaching license (LEPT/PBET) is mandatory.
- Significant experience as a Secondary School Teacher with a proven track record of academic excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and supervise teaching personnel.
- In-depth knowledge of current Department of Education (DepEd) policies and pedagogical standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral form.
- Proficiency in instructional design and classroom management techniques.
- Ability to adapt to changing educational environments and integrate technology into the classroom.
