Responsibility
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, research-based lessons across all core elementary subjects.
- Provide instructional leadership and mentorship to junior teachers to elevate school-wide teaching standards.
- Analyze student performance data to identify learning gaps and implement targeted intervention programs.
- Collaborate with school administrators to enhance curriculum delivery and align teaching practices with national educational standards.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and emotional well-being.
- Participate in and facilitate professional development workshops for faculty members.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and holistic development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education or a related field (Master's degree or Doctorate in Education is highly preferred).
- Must be a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) with a valid PRC license.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive teaching experience in an elementary setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, assessment strategies, and classroom management.
- Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of mentoring or coaching other educators.
- Proficiency in integrating educational technology into classroom instruction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to adapt to changing educational policies and implement new teaching methodologies effectively.
