Responsibility
- Solicit and process new deposit accounts and teacher salary loans in accordance with bank policies and product guidelines.
- Conduct outreach programs to DepEd personnel and educational institutions to promote financial products.
- Ensure timely collection of loan payments and follow up on delinquent accounts with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, client interactions, and loan documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the branch team to meet monthly sales targets for deposits and loans.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, interest rates, and product offerings to provide informed advice.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on loan disbursements, collections, and client feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banking, sales, or customer service, preferably in loan processing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with DepEd systems or experience working with educators is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and banking software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Highly organized with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to conduct field visits and travel within Bali as needed.
