Responsibility
- Solicit and process new deposit and loan accounts in compliance with bank product guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers, DepEd personnel, and other key stakeholders to drive loan applications.
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of loan payments, minimizing delinquencies and defaults.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct financial literacy sessions or workshops for teachers to promote responsible borrowing and saving habits.
- Collaborate with the branch team to meet monthly targets for loan disbursements and deposit growth.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, client interactions, and follow-ups using the bank’s CRM system.
- Stay updated on banking products, interest rates, and promotional offers to effectively advise clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, microfinance, or sales, preferably in loan processing or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing client portfolios.
- Familiarity with loan documentation, credit evaluation, and collection processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Willingness to work in Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, community-oriented environment.
