Responsibility
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with Department of Education (DepEd) standards.
- Develop innovative teaching materials and assessment tools to improve student learning outcomes.
- Mentor junior teachers and provide guidance on classroom management and instructional strategies.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and performance assessments.
- Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities to support student development.
- Collaborate effectively with parents, school administrators, and the local community.
- Implement positive behavior intervention strategies to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education (BEEd) or a related field.
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License for Professional Teachers (LET Passer).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful teaching experience at the elementary level.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to mentor peers.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
