Responsibility
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with academic standards and curricula.
- Facilitate classroom learning through a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Monitor and evaluate student academic progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain an organized and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with department heads and fellow teachers to improve instructional strategies and learning outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student achievement and development.
- Participate in school activities, faculty meetings, and professional development training.
- Maintain accurate student records, including grades, attendance, and behavioral reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field with a specialization in the subject area.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license for teachers (LET Passer).
- Proven experience as a teacher, ideally at the Teacher I or equivalent level.
- Deep understanding of modern pedagogical techniques and classroom management strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with students and staff.
