Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the K-12 curriculum standards.
- Facilitate engaging classroom instruction that caters to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Conduct regular student assessments, track academic progress, and provide constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and social development.
- Participate in school-based committees, professional development workshops, and faculty meetings.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrators to improve school-wide educational strategies and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and attendance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field (major in a specific subject area is an advantage).
- Must be a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) with a valid PRC license.
- Demonstrated experience in effective classroom management and lesson planning.
- Strong command of pedagogical strategies and digital instructional tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented academic environment.
