Responsibility
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality teas and beverages according to standard recipes.
- Educate customers about tea varieties, origins, and brewing techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea outlet, including equipment and serving areas.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Upsell products and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply—no prior experience required.
- Strong passion for hospitality, customer service, and tea culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
