Responsibility
- Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed.
- Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail, adhering to established service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any requests or concerns to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Process payments, handle cash, and manage POS systems with accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a waiter or in a similar front-of-house role in hospitality.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or equipment as needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
