Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of villas and homestays, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces, meet the company’s high cleanliness standards.
- Replace and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager promptly.
- Follow Sharia-compliant guidelines in all housekeeping practices, ensuring a respectful and appropriate environment for guests.
- Assist with laundry and ironing services for guest linens and towels.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when restocking is required.
- Provide exceptional service by responding to guest requests or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company policies.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Basic understanding of Sharia-compliant practices in hospitality is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
