Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized recommendations based on their tea preferences.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold tea beverages, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Operate and maintain tea-brewing equipment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage cash transactions, process payments, and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Educate customers about tea varieties, brewing techniques, and the health benefits of our products.
- Uphold CHAGEE’s brand standards by delivering exceptional service and product quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barista, tea specialist, or in a customer-facing role (preferably in hospitality or F&B).
- Strong knowledge of tea varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Passion for tea culture and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
