Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to Candid Coffee standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking usage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic workspace.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
