Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following café standards and recipes.
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation to maintain high-quality service.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including dining areas, counters, and kitchen stations.
- Restock supplies, such as utensils, napkins, and condiments, to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to manage customer flow, resolve inquiries, and address any issues promptly.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
