Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the restaurant’s POS system.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a seamless dining experience from start to finish.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cashier station at all times.
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments while adhering to strict cash-handling procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure orders are processed and delivered promptly.
- Balance cash registers at the end of each shift and prepare daily sales reports.
- Uphold company policies, including hygiene standards and safety protocols, to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cashier, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Basic proficiency in using POS systems and handling digital payments.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
