Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality bubble tea, fruit teas, and other signature CHAGEE beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Engage with customers warmly, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a delightful in-store experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate POS systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and process orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of tea leaves, toppings, and supplies, and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Participate in product training to stay updated on new menu items, seasonal specials, and brewing techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and uphold CHAGEE’s brand reputation.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista, preferably in a bubble tea or specialty beverage environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for consistency in taste, presentation, and service.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tracking.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg (e.g., ingredient containers).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
