Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality tea-based beverages, including signature CHAGEE drinks, with precision and creativity.
- Engage with customers warmly, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Stay updated on CHAGEEās menu offerings, promotions, and brewing techniques to deliver consistent excellence.
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately while providing friendly and efficient service.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices for tea preparation and customer engagement.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere that aligns with CHAGEEās brand values.
Qualifications
- Passion for tea, beverages, or the hospitality industry (prior barista experience is a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to CHAGEEās unique tea crafting methods and service standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) is advantageous.
