Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services, to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver 5-star service, fostering a culture of professionalism and hospitality excellence.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with brand standards, health, and safety regulations across all departments.
- Resolve guest complaints or operational issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and service enhancements.
- Oversee inventory management, including supplies and equipment, to support uninterrupted service delivery.
- Prepare and present operational reports, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in emergency response planning and crisis management to ensure guest and staff safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferably in luxury or 4-5 star properties).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric approach to service delivery.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a high-demand environment.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and local hospitality regulations is advantageous.
