Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using clinic management software.
- Handle patient inquiries, provide information about TCM services, and address concerns with empathy.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including personal details, treatment history, and billing information.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage financial transactions with precision.
- Coordinate with TCM practitioners to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking clinic supplies.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or healthcare is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, clinic management systems).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is advantageous but not required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) is a bonus.
