Responsibility
- Oversee and manage tax compliance processes, including preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Provide tax advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and risks.
- Mentor and train junior tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct tax audits and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with regulatory authorities.
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
- Prepare and present tax reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance, advisory, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, with experience in international tax matters being an advantage.
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff is preferred.
