Responsibility
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections.
- Process and reconcile incoming payments with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure prompt payment.
- Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and customer accounts.
- Generate monthly financial reports and analyze trends in receivables.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in a multinational or remote work setting is a plus.
