Responsibility
- Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payment scheduling, and vendor communications.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and ensure timely reporting.
- Monitor and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
- Implement and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounts payable, and reconciliations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
