Responsibility
- Assist in handling BIR cases, including the preparation and submission of required documents and permits.
- Support the tax team in ensuring compliance with local and national tax regulations.
- Prepare and review tax filings, including monthly, quarterly, and annual returns.
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary financial documents and information for tax assessments.
- Monitor deadlines for tax submissions and ensure timely compliance to avoid penalties.
- Maintain accurate records of tax-related documents and correspondence with regulatory bodies.
- Assist in resolving tax discrepancies and responding to BIR inquiries or assessments.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of tax regulations, BIR compliance, and financial documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or tax software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
