Responsibility
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Conduct bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and update accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Experience in a multinational or remote work setting is a plus.
